Although next year timetables are yet to be finalised, course selection is now finished. Any changes to student courses will now take place in January.

Course Description

2.2 AUTO FOCUS student work

During this course students will extend knowledge of photographic skills, processes and procedures initiated in Year 11. Using a visual diary and our extensive photography and art book collection, students will research, explore, generate and clarify ideas. Students will identify, select and structure visual elements, communicating ideas and solving problems in the making of art.

  • External Folio Submission - Students will generate an individually conceived theme based on a Site Investigation.
  • Self Portrait Internal submission - Students will be introduced to a specific range of photographic techniques including studio lighting and photoshop effects using established artist models.
