Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms S. Gunput

In 11LSP, students will be exploring personal topics of interest through the process of inquiry. As a learner, they will participate in reading and writing tasks that develop as they explore themselves in their writing, access important ideas when reading and discuss their own ideas orally.

The course is divided into the three main literacy skills: Reading, Writing and Speaking.
Students will engage with a variety of text types from news articles to research in their reading. In their writing, they will explore different writing styles such as informative & formal writing. Students will also demonstrate their ability to speak by participating in discussion with others, communicating with their teacher and sharing their ideas.
