Course Description

9 Food Technology

Course Objectives:

Food Technology teaches students the base nutrition knowledge needed to create an outcome. The skills needed to create a meal/food product and the important health and safety steps that must be followed. This subject progresses onto Food Technology and Hospitality in senior levels. 

Course Content:

The topics covered in this course include:

  • Health and Safety 

  • Nutrition 

  • Family Meal 


We aim to enable every student to have the course that they prefer, however, some courses have limited places or pre-requisits that may restrict the student's choice.
