Students will devise around dramatic ideas drawn from historical sources relevant to Aotearoa/New Zealand and also wider world contexts. They will perform a role in a small class production.
Students will work on deepening drama skills such as voice, body, use of space, and movement.
They will keep a record of their ideas and processes about drama.
Students are encouraged to see the school drama productions e.g. Year 12 and 13 Drama and the AGS/EGGS production. The cost for viewing theatre performances is approximately $30.00.
We aim to enable every student to have the course that they prefer, however, some courses have limited places or pre-requisits that may restrict the student's choice.
