The Physical Health Programme is a compulsory subject in Year 11.
The course aims to have students:
Tertiary education in - Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Teaching, Sports Science, Nutrition, Recreation and Leisure. Careers in - Health and Fitness Centres, Recreation Centres, Regional Sports Trusts, Coaching and Sports Management, Sports Psychology, National Sport Foundations, Public Health Organisations, Medicine, Occupational therapy.
Course Costs and Equipment/ Stationery requirementsStudents need to bring their own sports clothes / sports shoes to change into for every PE lesson.
When swimming, students need to bring their own swimming togs, towel, swimming cap and goggles.
